It can often be the case that a candidates have good experience, on paper, but they lack basic office skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel or Powerpoint. New Frontiers has access to the web's leading online testing company: SkillsArena.

We can test your candidates on all MS Office applications based on Basic, Intermediate & Advanced levels. Ask your recruitment consultant for details. top

 

Travel & Geography Testing

New Frontiers also tests candidate travel & geography skills.  It's often the case that employers require candidates to have a good level of travel industry knowledge.

GDS Testing & Re-training

It is often important that candidates have a very good working knowledge of systems such as Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus or Worldspan so they can hit the ground running. 

Our sister company www.onlinetraveltraining.com can both test candidates AND provide 'refresher' training - on all major CRS systems.  Re-training is provided free to prospective candidates.    top

New Frontiers can ensure your candidates undertake a thorough psychometric test prior to interview. This test will measure four factors of an individual's behavior: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. They can be characterised as assertiveness, communication, patience and structure.

Using this information, we can describe a person's general working style, their motivations and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses, and some of the basic assumptions they make about other people. It can also go far in helping to predict how a person will react or perform in various circumstances.
