He built up BCP over 18 years into the UK’s leading airport parking booking service, with sales of £45m, handling over £1m bookings a year. He sold BCP in 2003 but remained at its helm until 2007, following which he helped launch CallUma, the fast growing telephone information and translation service for travellers. Stephen is keen to help a travel business looking to prepare itself for sale or is looking for investors.

He established his own recruitment business subsequently leading into Business Consultancy, focussing on Recruitment, Training & Management Development strategies. He joined one of the UK’s most profitable Holiday/Leisure companies with overall operational responsibility of this 9000 employee organisation.

LYNN SCRIVENER

 

Lynn has a proven track record of delivering innovative marketing and business development campaigns in the travel, leisure and tourism industry. She has a hands-on approach and particular skills in team building and project delivery, having worked with businesses including British Airways, Lunn Poly, VFB Holidays, Hertz Europe, Jet Airways, Historic Royal Palaces and Somerset House. Customer knowledge is key – “ the marketing concept means that you stand a better chance of flogging something if you understand whether and why someone wants it in the first place”.
