Frank - Training and Development Specialist - Corporate Travel
Frank has over 20 years broad experience both in sales and reservations within the corporate and leisure travel industry with 12 years experience as a Training and development specialist providing training solutions to new and existing employees using the ADDIE design methodology.
Frank evaluates the effectiveness of training and gathers feedback to improve processes and customer experience. His role requires him to liaise and communicate effectively at all levels to understand business strategies and propose business solutions and to build and maintain relationships with internal & external partners to achieve business goals and drive results. He designs training solutions to enable new initiatives to be implemented.
Frank is able to speak Spanish fluently and able to converse in French, Italian and Portuguese.
Now seeking a new and fresh opportunity, Frank is available on one month's notice and seeking a salary of £38-40k.

Ted - Overseas Training Manager – Tour Operator
As Overseas Training Manager, Ted manages 4 Area Managers across Southern Europe and 120 staff spanning 35 sites. Ted is responsible for devising, programming, delivery and evaluation of training for overseas representatives. He is also responsible for delivering management training to approximately 300 staff with a range of courses from customer service to health and safety and at all levels from face to face to class room style training.
Ted is championing the delivery of first class service to exceed customer expectations and departmental objectives. He deals with the recruiting and leads the teams to ensure quality, safety and financial targets are met using both close and remote management techniques while identifying and remedying poor performance.
Looking to relocate back to the UK and seeking a salary of £28-£30k, Ted is available on one month's notice and will be in the UK from Tuesday 29th March till 1st April 2011 to attend any interviews.
