  • All temps are fully referenced and many have a track record of temping with us, to ensure reliability. All our candidates complete comprehensive registration forms so we can check their identity, their right to work in the UK, any medical or disability conditions, any criminal history. They also sign to say their CV is accurate!
  • Temps are guaranteed. If you find that the temp doesn’t fit in or is unsuitable for any reason within their first day of commencing the assignment, no charge will be made. We also guarantee to get back to you within 30mins to fill the booking or discuss availability.
  • Fully inclusive hourly rate – Pay rate (you decide!), Insurance, Payroll Costs, Holiday Pay, Company NI etc.. or you can choose to run the payroll yourself and pay just £100 + VAT per week per temp.
  • We are the only Recruitment Agency to offer full HR insurance to protect your company from any unwanted claims.
  • Temps are paid weekly for hours actually worked, receive holiday pay and various incentives such as ‘end of booking’ bonuses to encourage continuity through out long term bookings.
  • Often people who are temping can be interested in a permanent opportunity. A perfect way to find the ‘right’ person to fill your pressing vacancy.
  •  You are able to receive Management Information on spend and activity and we like to have regular review meetings when managing your temporary workforce.
  • Temps can sign confidentiality agreements and must adhere to the New Frontiers Code of Conduct at all times.
