Yield Manager
Our Client who is a leading destination management company based in Europe is seeking an experienced Yield Manager to join their Head Office team. This company is recognised as one of the world’s leading travel companies who offer travel services worldwide. This company offers luxury to clients internationally and confidently excel in the travel sector as one of the leading tour operators worldwide.
This client is not only a multi- award winning company already, but continues to excel with its class of products offered each year.
They are in search of a commercially driven person to join their Pricing and demand management team as Yield Manager.
The role of Yield Manager will include and you will be responsible for:
* Build up pricing and demand management
* Monitor traffic flows, allotment usage and availability of hotel rooms
* Ensure hotel rooms in respective destination and initiate measure to increase performance and profit
* Prepare detailed market revenue and forecast analysis
* Analyse booking trends and report as necessary
* Identify untapped revenue streams
* Lead the accounts receivables team and cross departmental coordination
* Deliver strategic roadmaps for the division
* Keeping up to date with all competitor information
* Working closely with marketing and the pricing teams
Skills and Experience needed for the role of Yield Manager:
* Experience in Yield Management ideally from a tour operator or airline
* Revenue and Yield experience is essential
* Highly analytical
* Strong planning and effective communication
* Strong leadership and team building skills
* Professional and reliable
* Ability to work solely or as part of a team and able to give a hands on approach
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills is English
* To speak a 2nd European language is highly desirable
* Computer literate with understanding of main Microsoft products
Ideally my client is looking for a highly enthusiastic self starter who can start ASAP.
This would suit someone with a solid product background and strong management experience.
