Do you have ticketing and CRS experience?
Do you want to start work next week on an ongoing basis?
This role may also become permanent for the right person.

A well known and highly respected international airline now require a Ticketing Agent to work within there small and very friendly team on a shift basis.
As an Airline Ticketing Agent you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* Ensuring all IATA regulations are adhered to
* Maintain close liaison with res colleagues on issues relating to bookings
* Manage the database and back office as required
* Ensure all issues relating to ticketing comply with best practice
* Effectively contribute towards strategy developments
* Monitor and communicate airline schedule changes and flight cancellations
* Checking all manifests against information booked
* Work well to targets and ensure all queues and updates are regularly checked
* Must be happy to work on your own

Airline Ticketing Agent remuneration package:
* £8-10 an hour

Airline Ticketing Agent Skill attributes:
* Excellent communication skills
* Understanding of IATA regulations
* Full knowledge of CRS System Amadeus or CRS
* Ability to prioritise effectively
* Perfect attention to detail
* Proven ability to work to deadlines
