Passport & Visa Consultant – London
Our Client is recognised as the world’s largest expeditor of travel documents servicing companies of all sizes from Large Tour Operators to smaller independent organisations. They pride themselves on the quality of their teams and standard of their service.
They have been established for just over 20 years and are continually striving to develop and lead their busy further each year.
They are in search of excellent problem solver who has excellent attention to detail to join their Specialist Processing Unit working as a Passport & Visa Consultant.
With modern offices located in Central London my client is seeking the ideal candidate to work on a permanent full time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to demonstrate any additional language skills and first class customer service to clients directly as part of this role.
The role of Passport & Visa Consultant will include and you will be responsible for:
• Works on set timeframes as set by the client/consumer and ensure highly quality is adhered to
• Prepare submission by reviewing orders and assessing accuracy
• Create customer orders on in-house systems and manage accordingly
• Ensure all data forms are complete and up to date
• Proactively work to identify and communicate to customer any potential issues that would delay the required by date
• Handle all rejected embassy submissions by re-contacting customer and re-lodging work
• Provide a complete and well organised packet for submission to manifest/dispatch team
• Assist with billing and general queries by phone and email efficiently
• Keep self informed and educated on all changes in business that impact quality of service provided
• Work collaboratively with all internal teams to ensure smooth running of all processes
• Assist colleagues when necessary
• Answer basic billing questions and ensure all files are archived
Skills and Experience needed for the role of Passport & Visa Consultant:
• Must have a confident and smiling telephone manner
• Prior customer service, travel related or financial
• Possible opportunity for Graduates looking to develop into the workplace
• Clear communication skills both written and orally
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Previous experience in visa processing desirable
• A second language or to be multi-lingual would also be desirable
• A self-starter who shows initiative
• Computer literate with understanding of main Microsoft products
• This will involve shifts of 9 hours with 1 hour lunch, 5 days out of 7
Ideally my client is looking for a highly enthusiastic self starter who can start immediately.
This would suit someone with good attention to detail and first class customer service.
