Customer Operations & Support Executive – South East London
This high profile international airline company requires a Customer Operations & Support Executive to head up their Customer Service & Quality department.
Customer Operations & Support Executive remuneration package:

Customer Operations & Support Executive you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
• Providing system, process and product support to call centres and direct customers whilst ensuring robust bookings are in place with ground suppliers via the effective handling of queries, special requests and disputes.
• Contribute to provide a high level of telephone support to servicing agents
• Accountable for actioning allocated Agent queries, taking ownership and seeing bookings through to conclusion
• Customer service - Contribute to building positive relationships with customers, agents and colleagues
• Contribute to the efficient servicing of migrated bookings for decommissioned trade agents and company offices
• Super liaison – contribute to responding to all supplier queries in a timely and professional fashion
• Training support – contribute to the delivery of Agent, BoD and process training to agents
• Team & shift work - Contribute to the team’s collective performance by supporting existing colleagues, sharing workloads, knowledge and skills
• Mandatory training
Customer Operations & Support Executive skill attributes:
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
• Good negotiation skills and the ability to diffuse conflict
• Excellent level of accuracy / numeracy skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Proven experience in using tour operator or GDS systems
• Excellent rapport building skills
• Ability to work shifts
