Sales Executive - N1 - £18-£23k basic (£35k+ OTE uncapped)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Executive / Business Developer working in the travel & tourism industry.

Our client, Online Travel Training.com provides online marketing and promotional services to leading travel industry companies via product e-learning.
The company has experienced huge growth in the last year and has a very bright future.

Job Description:

* Sell training & marketing media packages to travel industry clients (taking on both cold and hot leads)
* Sell via the phone, email and face to face client visits
* Attend daytime and evening industry networking events
* Establish new business contacts with relevant companies to promote their e-learning products on the OTT training portal
* Create revenue streams from e-learning products - such as hosting charges, advertising, sponsorship etc..
* Arrange & attend promotional events in the UK & abroad
* Write and present sales proposals
* Provide feedback to and develop ongoing relationships with clients to upsell and ensure repeat purchase
* Manage sales process internally including weekly reporting
* Provide regular reports to the Operations Director


Candidate Requirements:

* Proven, excellent record of sales & business development ideally in an online media, marketing or training business
* UK and international travel industry experience & contacts highly desirable
* Motivated, dedicated & team player
* IT literate
* Friendly, presentable and with a proactive can-do approach
* Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
