As an Account Manager you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
• Manage accounts to ensure you are securing maximum market share across all trade brands focusing on the leisure business
• Regularly meet and update all accounts with stats and production figures
• Agree with all existing and possible new accounts fares and usage of the airline
• To achieve monthly profit targets as advised at the beginning of each year
• Be responsible for all account in the specified area and ensure production is being monitored.
• Sustains and builds personal relationships with clients
• Be aware of competitor activity and communicate to relevant department
• Liaise with other team managers to update on the status of the Leisure Business sector
• To actively be present at travel events/exhibitions and network with relevant companies to build the brand in the industry further

Account Manager Skill attributes:
• Previous experience within an airline in a similar role
• Will have experience handling all accounts, from small to large
• Understanding of airline systems and good Excel/Word/PowerPoint
• Exceptional customer service & communication skills along with excellent attention to detail
• Be able to work well under pressure & handle demanding accounts
• Solid negotiation skills with possible contacts in the industry
• The ability to forward plan and organise well
