As a HR Administrator you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
• Day to day administration duties
• Preparing offer documentation for new starters
• Entering new employee information on to HR database
• Logging and acknowledging job applications
• Following up references for new starters to the Company
• Assisting the Payroll and Benefits Officer with collating information, mail shots, payroll calculations, salary increases etc
• Sending out training correspondence
• Updating training records
