TRAVEL ADMINISTRATION CO-ORDINATOR - prestigious travel company!

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Coordinator to join a prestigious and high profile travel organisation based South West London.

Joining this company as an Administration Coordinator you will be offered a first class and significant yet quiet and heads down working environment. You will be working closely along side the Travel reservation staff handling all administration and being responsible for supporting the Travel reservation staff.
Travel Administration Coordinator tasks and responsibilities:
*Handling all back office queries and tasks
*Using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook daily
*Keeping control of all travel data and information
*Organising data and analysing reports and timesheets
*Typing reports and letter writing
*On odd occasions you will need to arrange travel bookings and arrangements for clients and VIP’s
*Providing a full admin support to the general managers at times too
Travel Administration Coordinator salary package:
*£22-24k per annum dependant on experience
*Monday – Friday role
*Office hours 9.30-18.00
*Very competitive holiday entitlement

Travel Administration Coordinator skill attributes:
*Previous experience working within an Admin/ Office manager/ Back office support type role within the travel industry is needed
*Self motivation and the ability to work in an extremely quiet and demanding role with a calm head under pressure
*Solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is paramount
*Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
*Outstanding verbal and written skills
*Any previous experience in letter writing would be advantageous
*Knowledge of travel companies / booking systems would be needed
*Strong organisational skills
