Our client is a highly successful, world renowned travel company who urgently requires a proven, proactive, hands on Retail Travel Manager to run a busy travel office.
Please note, this role is based on a seven day working rota and flexibility is required from applicants.
As a Retail Travel Manager you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* Manage the Team, assisting with all areas of bookings.
* Motivate and identify areas to develop individual members of the team.
* Lead, drive, train and develop the reservations team, leading by example
* Drive through new business
Retail Travel Manager remuneration package:
* Basic salary to £22000 + commission
* Potential OTE to £35000

Retail Travel Manager skills attributes:
* The ideal candidate will have recent Retail Travel Management experience.
* Proven business development skills
* Proactive and hands on can do attitude
* Energy, enthusiasm and focus are all invaluable characteristics needed, plus being results driven.
* Having the right attitude and focus is paramount to the success of this position.
* Having a proactive approach is also needed.
