* Previous experience working within a corporate (Business Travel) environment
* Previous rail experience
* Candidates with strong, proven background in bespoke travel and a MAJOR CRS will be considered.
* Will have experience handling all types of corporate clients.
* Proficiency on Elgar
* Exceptional customer service & communication skills along with excellent attention to detail
* Be able to work well under pressure & handle demanding clients.
