As a Business Travel Team Leader you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* Making sure your team is delivers exceptional customer service
* Regular reviews and measuring staff performance
* Build strong relationships with key contacts
* Ensure costs are managed against budgets
* Managing a small team of consultants
* Arranging all international business travel & at times handling complex itineraries for business travel clients booking all flights, hotels, car hire and other ancillaries

Business Travel Team Leader skill attributes:
* previous experience in managing a team of consultants
* Previous experience working within a corporate (Business Travel) environment
* Will have experience handling medium to large sized complex accounts
* Proficiency on a major CRS system
* Exceptional customer service & communication skills along with excellent attention to detail
* Be able to work well under pressure & handle demanding accounts
