My client, a globally recognized blue chip travel company is currently recruiting for experienced Travel Reservations Consultants top service their VIP client base. The company has a strong reputation for quality and reliability. Travel Consultants will be responsible for booking a diverse range of requests from booking a weekend away to Paris or a luxury round the world trip!
The Premium Travel and Concierge Consultants are dealing with top end clients.
It is a 7 day operation, working 5 days with 2 days off.
My client was voted in The Times Top 20 Companies to Work For in 2010 and 2011.
Premium Travel and Concierge Consultant Responsibilities:
- Arranging worldwide leisure holidays & business travel for prestigious card members only
- Creating tailor made itineraries, which include booking the finest hotels, villas and private islands combined with flight reservations using Sabre CRS.
- This is an inbound call centre environment so you will work to quality, customer service and sales targets
Premium Travel and Concierge Consultants Attributes:
- Experience in dealing with all type of travel requests, both short haul & long haul and concierge services
- Good Telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional customer service skills
Premium Travel and Concierge Consultants Remuneration and Benefits:
- Salary between £17,300 - £20,000 dependent on experience
- Shift Allowance of £1296
- 5 Weeks Training
