Working on the reception and switchboard in a busy business travel company, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the reception and meeting spaces are presentable
- Using the Siemens telecommunications system
- Meeting a greeting visitors in the reception area
- Handling internal and external main
- Responding to emails
- Arranging special deliveries and booking meeting space
