Permanent Customer Service Executive -  Dutch & French Speaker  

Our client is a leading travel specialist looking to recruit a customer service executive to join their customer relations team

You will be ensuring the highest form & delivery of customer service to the customer using your French and English Speaking skills

 

As an Customer Service Executive you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:


  • Providing prompt and effective complaint handing
  • Daily review and handling of emails from French andUKmember markets and mail correspondence from French members
  • Handling calls (in/outbound) on the French/Dutch and UK Customer Relations and Membership enquiry line which covers a wide range of requests for assistance and/or information from members.
  • Ensuring corporate standards of accuracy, handling time and quality are maintained. 
  • Ad-hoc proof-reading and language translation of corporate communications
  • QA Monitoring activity daily for the French market

Customer Service Executive  Skill attributes:

Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in English and French and Dutch.

Experience in travel or a SOLID customer service background using your French & Dutch and English language skills required
