Team Leader- Meetings and Events sector
Location: West Sussex
Are you an experienced Team Leader in the Meetings and Events field? Do you enjoy managing a team of venue sourcing co-ordinators, dealing with Service Level Agreements as well as using your events experience and negotiating skills with both suppliers and staff?
Our client is looking for an outstanding team leader to manage a small team whilst providing extensive support and coaching, development plans and assisting with prioritizing workloads. Duties of the successful Team Leader will include but are not limited to:
- Resolving service issues in a timely and effective manner and support your team in doing so
- Lead as example, inspiring and motivating your team to success
- Handling performance related issues
- Manage/prioritize workflows to ensure control and compliance requirements.
- Suggest and introduce ways to streamline work processes and procedures, using your meetings and events experience to draw upon.
- Venue sourcing, organising and co-ordinating
