As a Flights Contracts Executive you will undertake an array of tasks &amp; responsibilities: 

Ensure flight contracts are loaded quickly and accurately to agreed deadlines and priorities as determined by the Flights Contracts Supervisor
Ensure testing of loading accuracy and flexibility prior to brochure launch
Ensure correct mark ups are in place against each carrier/route
Suggest changes to the system to enhance profitability
To ensure loading programme requirements are met prior to brochure/special offer launch
To maximise sales to gain additional seats and revenue
Request seats and liaise with all airlines
Ensure allocation release periods are met for all airlines
Assist in handling the 100+ calls per day received by the department to required service levels
Act as Air Product helpdesk – with escalation to Air Product team where appropriate
