&lt;li&gt;Providing prompt and effective complaint handing&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Daily review and handling of emails from French andUKmember markets and mail correspondence from French members&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Handling calls (in/outbound) on the French/Dutch and UK Customer Relations and Membership enquiry line which covers a wide range of requests for assistance and/or information from members.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensuring corporate standards of accuracy, handling time and quality are maintained.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ad-hoc proof-reading and language translation of corporate communications&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;QA Monitoring activity daily for the French market&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Customer Service Executive &amp;nbsp;Skill attributes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in English and French and Dutch&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Experience in travel or a SOLID customer service background using your French &amp;amp; Dutch and English language skills required&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul class="text"&gt;

Our client is a leading travel specialist looking to recruit a customer service manager to manage their customer relations team 

You will be ensuring the highest form &amp; delivery of customer service to the customer using your English skills in speaking and all forms of written communication   


As an Customer Service Manager you will undertake an array of tasks &amp; responsibilities: 

•	Ensure that all communication channels are operating effectively and efficiently and report any product problems / system failures immediately to the relevant department and / or Sales &amp; Relationship Manager
•	Give regular feedback to staff on personal and company performance
•	Motivate staff by way of recognition / praise
•	Ensure that all staff have clear targets and any areas of concern are addressed &amp; documented
•	In conjunction with Sales &amp; Relationship Manager, plan and organise your own work to ensure that personal and team objectives are met
•	Maintain your own personal level of expertise, both technical &amp; product related
•	Manage the performance and development of staff to meet required service level and company standards
•	Ensure team has all tools / feedback required to do their job effectively &amp; efficiently
•	Identify individual and team development and skills training needs and ensure that these are met
•	Assess staff as necessary
•	Introduce effective, motivational incentive schemes (where applicable)
•	Discipline staff if necessary on any area of their position that is not being fulfilled e.g. lateness, attitude, performance
•	Conduct performance reviews for your team


Customer Service Manager Skill attributes:

•	Ability to recognise and fulfil the customers’ needs
•	Skilled at communicating clearly; both verbal &amp; written
•	Empathises with the customer during difficult situations
