Reservations Agent- £17/18k London

This world&amp;#x2019;s most prestigious 5* deluxe hotel, is currently looking for a reservations agent to work in their busy reservations department.

As a reservations agent you will undertake an array of tasks &amp; responsibilities: 

*To answer incoming telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner 
*To ensure all VIP and special requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
*To have full knowledge of all rates, (rack, negotiated and promotional etc.), room types, overall hotel product and hotel&amp;#x2019;s primary competition
*To maximise opportunities for up-selling of room rates.
*To check correspondence on a daily basis before arrival date and ensure all relevant information is acquired and fully documented.

Reservations agent remuneration package:
* Basic salary from £17,000 to £18,000 per year
* A Friendly and professional environment working.
* Excellent training and benefits


Visa Executive skill attributes: 

* College graduate or bachelor degree
* At least 1 year experience in the 4* or 5* hotel environment as a reservations agent
* Excellent communications skills
* Professional and Appropriate business appearance and presentation

This highly successful, rapidly expanding inbound hotel agency requires an Arabic speaker for their hotel contracting department to join their busy team negotiating rates and availability with both existing and new hotels. 

As an Arabic speaker Hotel Contract Executive you will undertake an array of tasks &amp; responsibilities including:

*negotiating contracted hotel rates with new and existing hotels
*loading contracted rates and special via their online contracting system
*establish new relationship with new hotels
*coordinating with the freesale, sales, reservations and accounts team to ensure a smooth working relationship.

As an Arabic speaker Hotel Contract Executive remuneration package:
* Basic salary from £16000 to £18,000 depending on experience
* 20 days holiday plus public/bank holidays 
* Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 17.30pm
* A Friendly and professional environment working.


Arabic speaker Hotel Contract Executive skill attributes: 

* Arabic and English fluent
* Excellent communications skills 
* Recent travel and tourism graduate
* Confident and enthusiastic
* Hard working and good team player
