&amp;#x2022;	Research and develop innovative new product that meets safety and quality standards as well as commercial targets. 
&amp;#x2022;	Responsible for all existing and new product development.
&amp;#x2022;	Product costing and pricing strategies 
&amp;#x2022;	Contracting and negotiating of all product content 
&amp;#x2022;	Product changes and supplier relationship management
&amp;#x2022;	Brochure production. 
&amp;#x2022;	Identifying new product development opportunities through competitor analysis, and customer research to achieve competitive ground costs and contracting terms. 
&amp;#x2022;	To lead and coordinate the implementation of the negotiation strategy to ensure that the Company's best commercial positions are attained through sound supply agreements and/or contracts.
&amp;#x2022;	To create and carry out in conjunction with the business, supplier assessment and supplier benchmarking processes. 
&amp;#x2022;	Liaising closely with other departments within the company to ensure the product is displayed and distributed accurately.
&amp;#x2022;	Regular analysis on price and product offering with the competitors 
&amp;#x2022;	Promotion of tactical offers submitted to the marketing team on a regular basis
&amp;#x2022;	Training and familiarisations for the trade
&amp;#x2022;	Training and familiarisation for the staff
&amp;#x2022;	Represent company at applicable trade shows, giving a full report on return
&amp;#x2022;	Communicate monthly product activities
&amp;#x2022;	Ensure supplier inventory loaded quickly and efficiently 
&amp;#x2022;	Secure marketing contribution throughout the year to support brochure production
&amp;#x2022;	Responsible for all allocations ensuring there is update information for the sales staff and the inventory is loaded quickly and accurately 
&amp;#x2022;	Quality control of data loaded by the outsourced company to ensure the highest levels of accuracy are achieved
&amp;#x2022;	Loading of tours and transfers
&amp;#x2022;	Internal marketing of new products and offers
&amp;#x2022;	Liaise with the staff on a regular basis gaining market feedback; offering product support to the sales teams and the development staffs destination knowledge.

Product Manager Skill attributes:
&amp;#x2022;	Extensive experience in a similar role
&amp;#x2022;	Proven management skills
&amp;#x2022;	Knowledge of successful marketing principles and methods for developing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, and sales techniques
&amp;#x2022;	Relevant knowledge of the Tourism Industry
&amp;#x2022;	Knowledge of Long haul Worldwide destinations
&amp;#x2022;	Excellent communication and presentation skills 
&amp;#x2022;	Willingness to travel overseas
&amp;#x2022;	A foreign language is useful but not essential
