Completing the timesheet

At the end of the day, fill in the amount of hours you have completed to the nearest quarter of an hour. Then add up the hours and subtract any time taken off for meal breaks or other absence and enter the total number of hours worked. Both you and your Manager must then sign the timesheet. It is important that both you and the Manager keep a copy of the signed timesheet

Making mistakes: The timesheet is a legal document. If you make a mistake on the timesheet, ask the client to initial it.

don't forget to send us your timesheets in time :-)

Who signs the timesheet?

An authorised person of the company, such as a Manager or Supervisor must sign the timesheet to validate the hours. If such a person is absent, speak to your Temp Manager immediately. Do not ask a fellow colleague to sign it as it won't be a valid signature.
